Staffer Drops ‘Kissing’ Lawsuit Against Trump After Video Suggests She Was Untruthful

Her problem is she was looking for free money. She kissed him back. I hope President Trump countered sued for his attorney's fees.

Last year, Alva Johnson, a former Donald Trump campaign staffer alleged that Pres. Trump forcibly kissed her in 2016. She put plans in motion to sue Trump, but that has come to a screeching halt as Johnson has dropped her lawsuit against the president.

Johnson told The Daily Beast on Wednesday: “I’m fighting against a person with unlimited resources, and repeatedly the judicial system has failed to find fault in his behavior. That’s a huge mountain to climb.”

But the truth is that Johnson dropped the lawsuit because of the video footage that was released that shows an entirely different story from what she said. Bottom line, she didn’t know there was a camera on them.

The video showed Trump briefly kissing Johnson on the cheek and then briefly placing his hands on her shoulders.

A former campaign staffer who claimed then-candidate Donald Trump forcibly kissed her during a rally in August 2016 has ended her lawsuit against the president, according to a report.

Alva Johnson, 44, of Alabama, claimed in a February court filing that Trump kissed her “without her consent” in front of several people at a Florida event. The suit was filed in federal court in Tampa.

The White House later denied Johnson’s claims.

“This never happened and is directly contradicted by multiple highly credible eyewitness accounts,” then-White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said at the time.

In June, a federal judge tossed out Johnson’s lawsuit, describing it as “a political lawsuit, not a tort and wages lawsuit.”

U.S. District Court Judge William Jung ruled, however, that Johnson could refile her lawsuit if she reframed her arguments. [Fox News]

Her problem is she was looking for free money. She kissed him back. I hope President Trump countered sued for his attorney’s fees. She thought that she was going to become special, and after the election was over, she was no longer needed. All of the campaign work she thought was for not. What could she do to get free money?

If it were not for that video, she would have never dropped the suit. Guys should start wearing body cams cause if you get accused, you have a very slim chance of winning. You can lose everything overnight.
