A new poll out of New Hampshire has indicated that former First Lady Michelle Obama would enter the 2020 presidential race as the immediate frontrunner, should she decide to run.
Released on Monday, the Boston Herald-Franklin Pierce University survey [1] revealed that there is currently a virtual three-way tie for the top spot in the Democratic presidential race in New Hampshire: Sen. Elizabeth Warren at 25 percent support, former Vice President Joe Biden at 24 percent, and Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont at 22 percent. The poll then stated that if Michelle were to enter the race, she would grab 26 percent support of likely Democratic primary voters in New Hampshire, with Warren and Biden then at 20 percent and Sanders at 15 percent.

Despite many Democrats begging her to enter the race, Michelle has resisted all calls to run so far.
“There are so many ways to improve this country and build a better world, and I keep doing plenty of them, from working with young people to helping families lead healthier lives,” Michelle said in August, according to Fox News. “But sitting behind the desk in the Oval Office will never be one of them. It’s just not for me.”

During an interview with a reporter from Amtrak Magazine The National [5], Michelle was asked, “If you thought the country needed you and you thought you could really help our nation, is there even a one percent chance you’d consider running?”
“Just between us, and the readers of this magazine — there’s zero chance,” Michelle said.
Michelle’s lack of enthusiasm for running for office has not stopped liberals from continuing to pressure her to enter the race anyway. In an August interview with MSNBC [6], liberal documentary filmmaker Michael Moore called on Michelle to run, saying that she would “crush” Donald Trump.
“The only way to remove Trump is to crush Trump,” he said. “And that’s the question that has to be asked, who can crush Trump? Who’s the street fighter?”
“In fact, it is Obama – Michelle Obama,” Moore continued. “Everybody watching this right now knows she is a beloved American and she would go in there and she would beat him.”

It remains to be seen whether Michelle will stick to her guns about staying out of politics, or if she will buckle to leftwing pressure and enter the race.
