Despite the growing panic around coronavirus, liberals still find a way to be incredibly cruel to our First Lady Melania.
The country is currently shutting down every restaurant and sporting events, so it was really no surprise when Melania decided to cancel the White House Easter Egg Roll in light of COVID-19.
First Lady Melania Trump’s office announced on Monday that it has cancelled the annual White House Easter Egg Roll.
In a statement, the First Lady’s office said that the move had been made “out of an abundance of caution” during the novel coronavirus pandemic.
“The health and safety of all Americans must be the first priority,” the first lady said in the statement. “I deeply regret this cancellation, but we need to make difficult decisions in the short-term to ensure a healthy country for the long-term.” [Raw Story [1]]
But, of course, the left used this as an opportunity to hurl insults at our wonderful first lady.
“Oh poor, poor thing…now she can back to concentrating on her next “kidney surgery” or beauty treatment. And tons more time to shop online on the taxpayer’s fine!”
