One MLB Player Refused to Take a Knee Last Night – Says He Can’t Get “On Board” With BLM

OPINION: Every single player, manager, and coach took a knee during the National Anthem during last night’s Giants-Dodgers game–except for one player.

The MLB went full “BLM” for the season opener and made their statement during the Nation Anthem. Not only did they kneel, but they also held a black cloth before the national anthem.

These sports teams are angering large portions of their fan base by seeping politics into sporting games.

But one San Fransisco player gets it. Giants pitcher Sam Coonrod refused to kneel before the Black Lives Matter movement. Coonrod says his religion, and what he’s read about BLM, won’t allow him to “bend the knee.”

Coonrod stood bravely behind first base while all his teammates kneeled.

He is brave.

But he’s going to need a lot of support because now he’s on the “liberal mob” radar and they probably won’t stop until they force him to cave in and kneel.
