Trump Issues Chilling Warning About What’ll Happen If He’s Indicted

America will face “problems ... the likes of which perhaps we’ve never seen”

Former President Donald Trump spoke out on Thursday to issue a truly chilling warning, saying that America will face “problems … the likes of which perhaps we’ve never seen” if he is indicted.

Politico reported that Trump defiantly said that an indictment would not stop him from running for president again in 2024, and that Americans “would not stand” for his prosecution.

“If a thing like that happened, I would have no prohibition against running,” Trump said during an interview with conservative talk radio host Hugh Hewitt. “I think if it happened, I think you’d have problems in this country the likes of which perhaps we’ve never seen before. I don’t think the people of the United States would stand for it.”

When asked what he meant by “problems,” Trump replied, “I think they’d have big problems. Big problems. I just don’t think they’d stand for it. They will not sit still and stand for this ultimate of hoaxes.”

Hewitt then asked Trump how he would respond if and when the “legacy media” accuses him of inciting violence.

“That’s not inciting. I’m just saying what my opinion is,” Trump said. “I don’t think the people of this country would stand for it.”

“There is no reason that they can [indict], other than if they’re just sick and deranged, which is always possible, because I did absolutely … nothing wrong,” he also said.

“Impeachment hoax number one, I beat it,” Trump stated. “It was a total scam. Impeachment hoax number two, a total scam. I beat it. Russia, Russia, Russia, I beat it. The Mueller report, I beat it, because I did nothing wrong. Now, it’s turning out that they did wrong. Now, it’s turning out that Russia, Russia, Russia was about them. They’re the ones that dealt with Russia, not me. It’s all been one giant scam.”

Not stopping there, Trump proceeded to tout his presidential accomplishments.

“And on top of that, let’s face it, I was a great president,” he continued. “We did more than, between the biggest tax cuts, rebuilding our military, the biggest regulation cuts in history, the greatest job numbers in history by far. Laura Ingraham the other night, I know, had a program where she said that the income to families was greater under me than it was with Obama, Bush and Biden put together.”

“So I mean, and you look at, you know, you just look at the numbers. Look at the kind of numbers we produced,” Trump said. “And even after we went through the plague, the gift from China, the plague, I got it back on track and the stock market was higher than it was even before the plague, just before the plague came in…We had an amazing four years.”

Though Trump has said that he’s made a decision on whether or not he plans to run for president again in 2024, he has yet to reveal it publicly, and likely won’t do so until after the midterm elections in November. It will certainly be interesting to see what he decides to do, as many Americans feel that we as a nation need Trump now more than ever.
