Danica Patrick recently gave her fans a glimpse into her time at the annual Burning Man festival, and it was nothing short of eye-catching. The 42-year-old racing legend, who has paved the way for women in motorsports, shared her experience on Instagram, wearing some rather revealing outfits, as reported by the Daily Mail.
While Patrick is best known for her accomplishments on the racetrack, this latest adventure shows she’s just as comfortable off the track, even sharing a kiss with a mystery man during her wild time in the Nevada desert.
“Burn baby burn!” Patrick enthusiastically captioned one post, detailing the excitement of the festival’s infamous “burning of the man.”

She called it the best fireworks show she’s ever seen and painted a vivid picture of her week at Burning Man. Between the breathtaking skies, avant-garde art installations, and around-the-clock DJ sets, it was a week packed with adventure.

She continued, “Hot days, cold nights, and the most amazing people. Whether you’re awake at normal hours or completely backwards, there’s always someone to connect with.”
Sounds like Danica has traded the fast-paced world of racing for a brief moment to revel in the eclectic culture of Burning Man, an event that always brings out the unexpected.
As if her vibrant posts weren’t enough, Patrick also took a moment to reflect on the community aspect of the event, writing, “In dust we trust,” referencing the harsh, dusty conditions of the desert. For a week, Burning Man transforms into an alternate universe, where money is meaningless, and the currency is hugs and human connection. Around 80,000 festival-goers gathered in Nevada for the 2024 event, held from August 25 to September 2.

But it hasn’t all been carefree festival fun for Patrick recently. Last month, the former IndyCar and NASCAR driver opened up about her decision to get breast implants during her racing career in 2014. At the time, she thought the decision would enhance her appearance and make her feel more feminine.
However, in 2022, Patrick revealed she had developed breast implant illness, which led her to have them removed. She candidly shared how, despite initially thinking it made her feel “sexier,” the reality was far from it.
Patrick explained that her symptoms worsened over time, and her health took a nosedive, leading her to the decision to remove the implants. She admitted it took a while before she fully recovered. Still, the racer-turned-festival-goer seems to be in great spirits these days, showing that nothing can keep her down for long.
