Donald Trump took his Thanksgiving greetings to the next level this year, proving that the holiday isn’t just for turkey but also for a healthy serving of snark.

Hours after wishing everyone — even his political adversaries — a Happy Thanksgiving, the 45th president shared a side-splitting parody video inspired by the 1989 holiday classic National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, as reported by The New York Post.

Former President Donald Trump speaks about border security at a rally at Million Air, a private airplane terminal at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Friday, October 25, 2024.

The 35-second clip, posted on Trump’s Truth Social account, superimposes familiar Democrat faces onto the iconic Griswold family and their eccentric relatives.

A CGI Joe Biden stars as the hapless Clark Griswold, portrayed in the original film by Chevy Chase. Biden’s character awkwardly delivers the line, “If this turkey tastes half as good as it looks, I think we’re all in for a very big treat.”

Sitting nearby, Adam Schiff appears as Cousin Eddie, complete with the infamous line, “Save the neck for me, Clark.” Kamala Harris chimes in with her signature cackle, standing in as Cousin Eddie’s equally eccentric wife, Catherine.

Jill Biden, looking visibly uncomfortable, fills the role of Ellen Griswold. Meanwhile, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi are seated at the table as unwitting guests. Pelosi, in true form, dramatically downs a glass of wine as the camera captures her reaction to the absurdity.

The crowning moment comes when Biden’s Clark Griswold carves into the turkey, which collapses from being hilariously overcooked. Out of the turkey’s charred remains bursts none other than Trump himself, dancing to the Village People’s YMCA, a staple of his campaign rallies.

As the video pans out, viewers catch glimpses of “Squad” members Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Omar laughs at the scene, while Ocasio-Cortez looks shocked, a stark contrast to the upbeat tune that fades out as the parody concludes.

Trump’s Thanksgiving antics didn’t stop at the video. Earlier in the day, he shared a sharply worded holiday message, wishing everyone — including what he called “Radical Left Lunatics” — a Happy Thanksgiving.

He remarked on their failure to “destroy our Country” and praised Americans for delivering a “landslide victory” to those committed to Making America Great Again.

“Don’t worry, our Country will soon be respected, productive, fair, and strong, and you will be, more than ever before, proud to be an American!” Trump added in his post on X.

The video and message, dripping with trademark Trump humor, served as a reminder that no holiday is too sacred for a little political theater — especially when it comes with a side of good-natured roasting.
