Mayweather, wearing a green jacket and camouflage trousers, was visibly distressed as his security team worked to escort him to a waiting vehicle.
Videos shared online show the 47-year-old boxer shouting back at the crowd while being ushered into a blacked-out 4×4 vehicle, which eventually sped off, leaving some of his security team behind.
Witnesses claimed that tensions escalated after Mayweather made comments affirming his support for Israel.
A source close to the boxer told The Sun that the altercation began when someone in the crowd asked him about his stance on the ongoing conflict.
Mayweather reportedly responded, saying he was “proud to support the Jews.”
The source alleged that this prompted someone to take a swing at the boxing icon, suggesting the attack was targeted.
“Then someone took a swing at him because of that. It looked very targeted,” the source said.
“Floyd took a few hits during it, but his security was trying to push people back. I couldn’t really see Floyd trying to throw any punches back. His guards were just trying to get distance between him and them.”

While the source emphasized that Mayweather was “not touched” during the scuffle, another witness claimed otherwise, suggesting the boxer may have been struck during the commotion.
The crowd allegedly directed racial slurs toward Mayweather during the incident, further escalating the confrontation.
Videos shared on social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), show the altercation unfolding.
One post claimed the hostility was tied to Mayweather’s public support for Israel, with the caption: “Floyd Mayweather chased out of Hatton Gardens in London. The public are angry over his comments and support for Israel.”
