Liberal Nutjob James Talarico: Global Warming is Mass Murdering Texans, Fix It With Flying Cars! [WATCH]

Texas Democrat James Talarico is making headlines again for all the wrong reasons.

The young progressive lawmaker appeared on the far left Meidas Touch podcast and declared [1], without a hint of irony, that climate change is killing thousands of Texans and Americans.

According to Talarico, the weather has somehow become a mass murderer.

Talarico said, “Texans are seeing that climate change is here, and it is killing Texans and Americans by the thousands.”

He went on to promise that if everyone just “gets in the fight against climate change,” we can all live like “The Jetsons.”

It is the kind of statement that would make even a science fiction writer shake their head in disbelief.

No one in the media, of course, pressed him for proof.

Not a single journalist asked what he meant by “killing thousands.”

What is the cause of death? Heatstroke? Bad policies? Or perhaps the psychological stress of being constantly told the end is near?

The left throws wild claims into the air, and the press nods along as if they came straight from a peer reviewed study.

It is the same tired playbook.

From Alexandria Ocasio Cortez warning that we only have twelve years left on Earth to Al Gore’s famous predictions that never quite came true, Democrats have been using apocalyptic climate rhetoric for decades.

The deadline keeps moving, the weather keeps changing, and their alarmist narrative never ends.

Talarico is the latest in a long line of liberal politicians who treat climate hysteria as a religion.

Ironically, he often invokes actual religion to preach his green gospel.

Every time he mentions faith or morality, it is somehow tied to the left’s political goals.

It is not about saving souls, it is about securing votes.

The notion that climate change itself is a direct killer is beyond absurd.

Texans deal with tornadoes, heat waves, and hurricanes, just as they always have.

The difference today is that Democrats now use every weather event as a sermon about government control and taxpayer-funded environmental programs.

For them, nature is not a force to understand but a political weapon to exploit.

Then there is the “Jetsons” comment.

Talarico actually claimed that if we just spend more on green initiatives, we will live in a futuristic utopia like the old cartoon family who traveled the skies in flying cars.

Never mind that the show was a harmless fantasy, not a policy model.

To Talarico, fiction has become vision.

It is also curious that Democrats are even talking about climate change again.

The issue had quietly faded from their talking points after years of public fatigue and failed predictions.

Even Greta Thunberg, the patron saint of climate alarm, has shifted her activism to the Palestinian cause.

Yet here comes Talarico, trying to revive a scare tactic that most Americans have long stopped buying.

Many Texans know the real danger comes from the political storms inside Austin, not the weather outside it.

The state’s largest cities are already run by far left officials obsessed with identity politics, diversity quotas, and climate gimmicks that raise costs while delivering little benefit.

The last thing Texas needs is another progressive trying to turn weather patterns into campaign slogans.

The larger problem is that these pronouncements are not just silly, they are costly.

Every time a Democrat declares a “crisis,” Washington responds with new regulations, subsidies for green energy companies, and higher electricity bills for working families.

The carbon guilt racket lines the pockets of special interests while punishing ordinary people trying to pay for gas and groceries.

Talarico’s message is not science, it is theater. He is preaching fear to justify more government interference.

The left thrives on catastrophe because catastrophe always demands more control.

If people truly believed the climate was killing them, they might forget to notice who is robbing them blind in the name of saving the planet.

Maybe it is time Democrats stopped watching cartoons and started reading actual data.

The planet has gone through cycles of warming and cooling for millennia. Weather patterns shift.

What does not change is the left’s determination to turn every natural fluctuation into an excuse for centralized power.

Texans, thankfully, have better sense than to hand over their freedom to a cartoon vision of the future.

James Talarico’s wild claims may impress the crowd at Meidas Touch, but among real Texans, the reaction is simple disbelief.

No one here buys that the sky is falling.

They are far too busy working, raising families, and building the kind of future that does not depend on government permission or progressive fantasies.
