Transgender actress Elliot Page appears partially nude on the cover of New York Magazine’s first-ever “Men’s Style” issue.
The cover places Page at the center of the publication’s inaugural special issue devoted entirely to men’s fashion and health, as reported [1] by Breitbart.
The issue, subtitled “Men’s Style: A Special Issue about Putting Clothes on and Taking Them Off Again,” reached newsstands this week.

Its premise combines clothing, bodies, style and health in a package the magazine says it had never previously produced as a full special issue.
New York Magazine noted that it has covered men’s fashion for decades, even without dedicating an entire issue to the subject.
The publication pointed to a 1971 article that asked whether men would wear high heels and a 1996 review focused on male supermodels.
Despite that history, the magazine said this is the first time it has assembled a complete special issue centered on men’s style and health.
The issue’s photography also takes a notably revealing approach to its featured male stars.
According to the editors, the photos show those stars wearing “some fashion, but hardly any.” Page’s partially nude cover follows that description while establishing the visual direction of the new special issue.
Page also appears in a story examining the current bathhouse scene in New York City.
A photograph of the Odyssey star at a bathhouse is accompanied by Page’s comments about the appeal of being able to “sit around in your body like that.”
Page discusses a recent bathhouse visit, as well as a habit of singing familiar songs while showering.
The actress names songs associated with Cher and “The Sound of Music” while describing what tends to get stuck in Page’s head.
“I went to a bathhouse recently,” Page says in the issue.
“I’ve only in the past couple of years been like, Yeah, that sounds nice, to like go somewhere and sit around in your body like that. I do sing in the shower sometimes. The same songs and lyrics will get stuck in my head, and I don’t know why.”
Page continues: “Like “Do you believe in life after love?” That’s one I’ll belt out. Or “The Sound of Music”: I’ve never seen the movie, which seems crazy, but for some reason I find myself belting out that song in the shower. I can’t explain it.”
The New York Magazine cover is not Page’s first publicly shared upper body nude image.
Page previously revealed a postoperative upper body nude photograph in 2021, two years before the magazine cover referenced in the source.
That earlier image appeared on Instagram in May 2021. Page captioned the photograph, “Trans bb’s first swim trunks.”
The Instagram picture drew encouraging responses from other celebrities. Miley Cyrus called the photograph “hot,” while actress Ilana Glazer described Page as a “handsome boi.”
The image showed surgical scars from the removal of Page’s breasts.
The swim trunks photograph presented Page’s postoperative body directly, while the new magazine cover again places Page’s body at the center of a fashion-related presentation.
The new issue brings together the magazine’s established interest in men’s fashion with its first complete special edition on the topic.
Page’s cover, the accompanying bathhouse image and the extended comments about body comfort and shower singing form a prominent part of that package.
