Shot in sultry, dim lighting, the photo showed Aguilera leaning on the tub while taking the picture on her phone. She covered her nipples with ghost emojis, giving the daring post a playful Halloween twist ahead of the holiday.
Her platinum hair was swept to one side and partly veiled her face as she posed. Aguilera captioned the shot, ‘last looks before xtinaween,’ and added several Halloween emojis.

The singer also recently revived her hit song Lady Marmalade on its 25th anniversary for a beauty advertisement. Her latest public appearances and social media posts have arrived as attention remains fixed on her appearance and reported 50lb weight loss.
In May, Aguilera appeared thinner than ever while attending The Abbey 35th Anniversary Party in West Hollywood. She had previously sparked Ozempic rumors, though the source did not include any confirmation from Aguilera that she had used the medication.
Aguilera also displayed her transformation at the Airbnb 2025 Summer Release event. Images cited alongside the report compared that appearance with a photograph of the singer from 2023.
The scrutiny surrounding her body is something Aguilera has addressed directly. During an interview with Glamour, she discussed the ‘media’s obsession’ with her weight and recalled how her changing body became a subject of judgment as she moved beyond her teenage years.

Cosmetic doctors have separately suggested that Aguilera’s changed appearance could be connected to a weight loss medication and facial procedures. London based aesthetics doctor Dr Jonny Betteridge previously said he suspected that she had undergone a face lift, eyelid surgery and extensive dental work.
In a viral TikTok video, Betteridge also compared Aguilera’s current look with her appearance in 2022. ‘A few years ago, she went through a phase of having too much dermal filler which gave a pillow face like appearance,’ he said.
