The third Democratic Debate is currently underway in Houston, Texas with the top 10 candidates–one of whom will be running against President Donald Trump in November, 2020. It didn’t take long for things to heat up, as most of the candidates attempted to take down Joe Biden, who is currently considered the frontrunner.

Julian Castro, who just barely made the cut to be on the debate stage, didn’t wait long to target the former Vice President.

During a discussion regarding healthcare, Castro accused Biden of not having policies that would fulfill the Barack Obama policy. “I’m fulfilling the legacy of Barack Obama and you are not,” Castro said the Biden.

“Barack Obama’s vision was not to leave 10 million people uncovered. …  Are you forgetting what you said two minutes ago? Are you already forgetting what you said two minutes ago?”

Castro was clearly accusing Biden of losing his memory because he is old. Critics have complained that Biden is too old to be president–since he announced his candidacy, the former Vice President has suffered humiliating gaffes and made several misstatements.
