President Donald Trump let loose on Nancy Pelosi on Sunday night, saying that the Speaker of the House “has lost her mind” over impeachment. Not stopping there, Trump also said that Pelosi should resign because her California congressional district “is going to hell.”

“I think Nancy Pelosi has lost her mind, and I think frankly she should go back home to San Francisco,” Trump said on the South Lawn of the White House, according to the New York Post. “If you look at what’s happening to her district. Her district is going to hell. With homeless that they’re not taking care of, with needles all over the streets, with tents, with people, with sanitation, with horrible things being washed into the ocean, into the Pacific Ocean.”

“Her district has probably gone down more than any district proportionally, in the United States,” Trump co continued. “And what she has done for that district— then on top of it, you’ve got fires eating away at California every year because management is so bad. The governor doesn’t know,” Trump said. “He is like a child.”

Trump went on to say that it is Pelosi’s obsession with impeachment that has caused her to lose it.

“All she thinks about is impeachment. But she doesn’t want to impeach,” he said. “You know who wants to impeach? The people that run the party, the radical left.”

Pelosi has been leading the charge to impeach Trump over a July phone call in which the left claims the president tried to pressure Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate the business dealings of former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter in the nation. Trump and his supporters have denied that the president did anything illegal in the call.

This came two days after Trump lashed out at Pelosi and her fellow Democrat Adam Schiff on Twitter.

“The public is watching and seeing for themselves how unfair this process is. Corrupt politicians, Pelosi and Schiff, are trying to take down the Republican Party. It will never happen, we will take back the House!” Trump tweeted on Friday.
