It’s Harry and Meghan’s 2nd Wedding Anniversary and It’s What the Royals *Didn’t Do* that Has Everyone Talking

A sign of more bad blood?

OPINION: Today marks the two year wedding anniversary of Prince Harry and his American actress wife Meghan. The duo is spending the day under lockdown in Los Angeles, spending quiet time at home along with their one-year-old son Archie.

The couple received a lot of well-wishes from fans on social media, who congratulated the couple on two years of marriage.

However, the Palace was dead-quiet.

Nobody from the Royal family said a peep about Harry and Meghan’s big day, instead deciding to focus on Royal issues and the Queen Mum.

Needless to say, their silence during this occasion made a very LOUD statement – especially since the official Royal social media account marked the day last year.

A sign of more bad blood?

The couple, who have been busy organising various charitable foundations, will make sure they have no work calls booked in, and celebrate quietly together, two years after they married at Windsor Castle.

While none of the Royal Family paid tribute to the pair, royal fans ensured their special day didn’t go unnoticed, with tributes flooding in across Twitter – including one from Kingdom Choir – who performed at their wedding.

Last year the official Royal Family account were the only family members to pay tribute to the couple’s first wedding anniversary, writing at the time: ‘Wishing The Duke and Duchess of Sussex a very happy wedding anniversary.

‘Today marks one year since Their Royal Highnesses exchanged vows at St George’s Chapel in the grounds of Windsor Castle.’

This year however their focus has remained on the Queen’s future gardren parties, while Kensington Palace, Clarence House and the other official accounts have remained silent.

New reports say Harry is miserable in Hollywood and can’t seem to get used to Meghan’s Hollywood life. He reportedly misses the military, his routines, and his friends. He’s also allegedly shocked at how his life has changed so quickly.

These two better enjoy this anniversary, because there may not be many more in the future.
