During the April 10th broadcast of Sunday Morning Futures, Fox News host Maria Bartiromo dug into former Fox News personality Chris Wallace over him essentially participating in the cover up of the numerous Biden bombshells that dropped in the lead-up to the 2020 election.

Back in December, Red Voice Media reported on how Wallace decided to leave Fox News to join the ranks of CNN, in a sense showing his true colors with regard to where he sat on the fence between honest reporting and fake news.

CNN announced at the time that Wallace would be part of their subscription-based streaming service dubbed CNN+, with Wallace claiming at the time that he was “thrilled” to join CNN.

“I am thrilled to join CNN+. After decades in broadcast and cable news, I am excited to explore the world of streaming. I look forward to the new freedom and flexibility streaming affords in interviewing major figures across the news landscape—and finding new ways to tell stories.”

Bartiromo referenced how when Trump and Biden were in the midst of their presidential debate back in September of 2020, Wallace decided to step in and end the assertions coming from Trump about Hunter Biden being on the take for millions from countries like China and Russia.

“Yeah, I mean, last weekend, we showed many in the media who tried to help Joe cover it up right before the election like Chris Wallace, who interrupted President Trump when Trump was saying, ‘Look, he took three-and-a-half million from the Moscow mayor’s wife,’ and Chris Wallace said, ‘Wait, wait, wait, no, we’re not going to go there. We have more important matters to discuss.’”

Wallace’s credibility with conservative audiences has continued to sink in the wake of his exit from Fox News, having done an exclusive interview with The New York Times this past March where he trashed his former employer of roughly 18 years when explaining why he left the network.

“I just no longer felt comfortable with the programming at Fox… I’m fine with opinion: conservative opinion, liberal opinion. But when people start to question the truth — who won the 2020 election? Was January 6 an insurrection? — I found that unsustainable.”

This is rather ironic considering Wallace is joining a news outlet who back in 2017 published articles such as “John Lewis: Trump is not a ‘legitimate’ president,” and “Hillary Clinton just floated the possibility of contesting the 2016 election” – because apparently questioning the outcome of an election after Trump won in 2016 was perfectly fine.

Not to mention, alleging fraudulent ballots by way of “electronic voting machines” – as found in this November 2016 article from CNN – was also completely fine at the time. Needless to say, the irony is rich with Wallace leaving Fox News to jump over to CNN.
