Political commentator Jack Posobiec discussed the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) following reports of a Department of Justice indictment in the Middle District of Alabama, describing the organization as a significant domestic concern and raising questions about its leadership, funding, and associations.

Posobiec opened his remarks by framing the issue as part of a broader national discussion.

“Well, well, well, it would seem the treason season has begun. You know, a lot of times we talk about the enemies foreign to the United States, but today we're going to be talking about the enemy's domestic yes, we're going to be talking about the domestic enemies of the United States here.”

He then focused directly on the SPLC.

“And one of the biggest, in fact, possibly the biggest of all, is the Southern Poverty Law Center. These absolute liars, these charlatans, these fraudsters, and as we will come to find criminal criminal organizers of hate and evil in our country have just been indicted by the Department of Justice in the Middle District of Alabama.”

Posobiec referenced federal officials in connection with the reported action.

“God bless Todd Blanche, interim AG and Kash Patel as well, for putting together work on this the Board of Directors over there, absolute scum, every single one of them, and they need to answer questions. They need to answer questions. Why are they? Why are they willing to go along and do this?”

He identified individuals associated with the organization’s leadership, including its board.

“Karen Baynes Dunning. She's the current chair. As far as we know. Just checking out the websites, you see, they actually try very hard to cover this up. They don't want us to know because they've already had so many issues.”

Posobiec also highlighted financial contributors and board affiliations.

“But who else do we see on the list? This is very interesting, Josh Bekenstein, Bain Capital, a guy who's been a hardcore donor to Democrats and left-wing causes. Josh apparently still donates so much money to the SPLC that they put him on the board. Isn't that interesting? Who else do we see associated here? Oh, that's a that's right, George Soros. George Soros, another major donor to the SPLC.”

He continued by naming political figures he said were connected to the organization.

“Yes, you guys love George Soros, don't you? But it's not just these guys? No, no, it's also the likes of people they worked with, like Barack and Michelle Obama. Yes, our favorite political couple, after the Clintons, of course, Barack and Michelle Obama, who worked with them as well.”

Posobiec further referenced interactions involving former President Joe Biden.

“Oh, yes, that's right, Joe Biden. Joe Biden who met with them in the White House multiple times when he was President, Joe Biden working with these charlatans. We also saw Kamala Harris working with them throughout the campaign.”

He added additional names in connection with his claims.

“Merrick Garland, Chris Wray, over and over and over.”

Posobiec also discussed Lorraine Powell Jobs in relation to media coverage.

“And you know, who else Lorraine Powell Jobs, yeah, that's right, the same Lorraine Powell Jobs, who runs the Atlantic, the widow of Steve Jobs. She runs the Atlantic, good friends with Lane Maxwell, by the way, and they published that hit piece on cash on Friday, just before the charges were dropped on Tuesday.”
