Moms for Liberty is rolling out M4L AWARE, a digital surveillance system powered by Super Intelligence, to monitor school board agendas across all 13,000 school districts in the United States. The parent rights organization unveiled the project Friday at its annual meeting in Dallas.

The system is designed to give parents advance notice of what school boards are preparing to consider before members cast their votes. That warning could involve controversial policies or projects the organization regards as good news.

Tina Descovich, the chief executive officer of Moms for Liberty, told Just the News that the program “sweeps all 13,000 school districts' agendas every 12 hours, and it ranks everything that's on the agenda one through 10 on if it's concerning, concerning for your First Amendment rights, concerning for curriculum, concerning for transparency, but also one to 10 for positive things.”

That means the platform will examine agendas twice each day and assign rankings to the listed items. The categories include potential concerns involving First Amendment rights, curriculum choices and transparency, along with positive developments identified by the system.

Descovich said the project would allow Moms for Liberty to distinguish between districts that support parental rights and choose curricula the organization favors, and those that do not. The rankings are intended to give the group clearer targets for its local organizing efforts.

Once an agenda item draws concern, Moms for Liberty can determine where activists should appear at upcoming school board meetings. Descovich described that response as sending in the group’s ground operation to show up before board members act.

The project is not limited to tracking agendas and informing parents. Descovich said M4L AWARE would also help Moms for Liberty mobilize attorneys more quickly when the organization believes a school policy infringes on parental rights.

“We've got so many legal partners here in the room that are willing to stand with us and just sue these school districts left and right when they're violating parental rights,” Descovich explained.

M4L AWARE stands for Agenda Watch Alert Response and Engage. According to the group, the system harnesses Super Intelligence to watch for diversity, equity and inclusion teachings, transgenderism, woke curriculum changes, and potential Title IX violations.

The combination of automated agenda monitoring, rankings, and alerts is intended to move information into parents’ hands before a scheduled vote occurs. It also gives Moms for Liberty time to coordinate its response through local chapters, activists or legal partners.

The organization presented the technology during its annual gathering, placing the project before members and legal allies in Dallas. Its nationwide sweep gives the group a regular look at agenda materials from thousands of individual school districts.

Moms for Liberty rose to prominence during the COVID pandemic. The organization recently celebrated its fifth anniversary and now reports more than 300 chapters nationwide, along with hundreds of thousands of mothers counted among its membership.

The group has already launched significant litigation against school boards. M4L AWARE is designed to help that legal strategy move more quickly by flagging policies before votes and identifying districts where the organization believes parental rights are being violated.

At the same time, Moms for Liberty is organizing get-out-the-vote efforts for the 2026 election. Florida, Texas, and Georgia are among the places where the organization is pursuing those political efforts.

The new system brings the group’s school board monitoring, local mobilization, and legal coordination into a single project. With agenda sweeps occurring every 12 hours, Moms for Liberty says parents will have an earlier look at policies moving toward public votes.
