Stephen Miller, President Donald Trump’s White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, said early efforts by the administration to coordinate with states on voter roll verification were rejected by several Democratic-led states.

Miller said the administration sought cooperation from both Republican- and Democrat-led states to compare voter registration data with federal immigration records.

He stated, “Here's something Sean that your audience may not know.”

He added, “At the beginning of this administration, we asked every state red and blue to share with us their voter rolls so that we could scrub it against the DHS file of illegal aliens to remove illegal aliens from their voter rolls.”

According to Miller, Republican-led states complied with the request, while Democratic-led states declined.

He said, “Every blue state refused.”

He continued, “California refused. Minnesota refused. New York refused.”

Miller also said legal action followed those refusals.

He stated, “In fact, they sued us to stop us from removing illegal aliens from the voter rolls, removing non citizens from the voter rolls.”

He expanded his criticism beyond the issue of non-citizen voters, stating, “That's not just the only thing.”

He added, “They don't want to get dead people off the rolls.”

He continued, “They don't want to get felons off the rolls.”

He said, “They don't want to get out of state voters off the rolls.”

He added, “They don't want to get double and triple voters out of the count.”

Miller characterized these actions as deliberate, stating, “Because they want the fraud.”

He emphasized what he described as the broader significance of the issue, stating, “This is the most important issue, Sean.”

He added, “Because the Biden administration brought 20 million illegal aliens into this country.”

Miller concluded by tying the issue to election participation, stating, “And this is the way, the only way, to keep them from participating in our sacred Democratic process.”
