Journalist John Solomon said newly reported intelligence intercepts and ongoing investigations are raising questions about alleged efforts involving U.S. government funds and foreign actors tied to recent election cycles.

"But we're going to cover one thing we broke overnight," Solomon said.

He described the report as involving communications captured by U.S. intelligence agencies, stating, "The United States government, the National Security Agency, intercepted conversations of President Zelensky government in Ukraine in 2022 late 2022."

According to Solomon, those conversations involved discussions with U.S. officials, saying, "Conspiring with federal workers at the USAID to come up with a plan to take $200 million of USAID money, that is your money, folks, taxpayer money."

He added that the alleged plan involved moving funds into the United States, stating, "Routed through a series of transactions, move it into the United States and launder it into Joe Biden's 2024 campaign and the Democratic National Committee."

Solomon said the reported intercepts have been declassified, adding, "We have the intercepts for the first time."

He said additional actions are underway following the release, stating, "There is now an investigation underway, beginning with USA ID, to look at who was involved, whether any crimes were committed."

Solomon added that further steps could follow depending on the findings, stating, "And if that is the case, to refer that to the FBI in the next few days."

Solomon said lawmakers have expressed interest in reviewing the material, stating, "Today, members of Congress have been clamoring all day to get their hands on the documents."

He added that additional statements may be forthcoming, saying, "I expect Tulsi Gabbard to make a statement later tonight on where things are evolving in her investigation."

Solomon said the situation reflects broader concerns about election-related investigations, stating, "But we've gone from the era of weaponization, where the primary tool was using prosecutors and FBI agents to disable Donald Trump and his followers."

He continued, "To now potentially conspiring with foreign powers to have an impact on our elections."

Solomon also referenced a separate investigation involving allegations tied to China, stating, "Remember what we told you three weeks ago, proof from the FBI that China sent 1000s, 10s of 1000s of driver's licenses to the United States with fake names to get fake ballots to vote for Joe Biden in the 2020 election."

He emphasized the source of those claims, saying, "Those aren't my words. Those are the words of the FBI informant in the FBI documents that we made public a few months ago."

Solomon said both matters are currently under review, stating, "So China possibly conspiring with Joe Biden and the Democrats and now possibly Ukraine."

He added, "Two investigations underway."

Solomon concluded by noting that additional developments are expected, stating, "We're going to keep you apprised of that right now."
