Eric Trump said Monday that plans for the upcoming Donald J. Trump Presidential Library are moving forward, describing the project as a major development that will surpass other presidential libraries, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.
Speaking to reporters during the annual White House Easter Egg Roll, Eric Trump discussed the scale and expectations for the project, which is being planned in Miami, Florida.
“Here’s what I’ll tell you. There’s no one that builds buildings as well as we do, and it’s going to put Obama’s Library to shame. I’m incredibly excited about that,” he said when asked about details surrounding the development.

Eric Trump did not provide a specific cost estimate for the project but acknowledged that the library will require significant funding.
He described the development as a large-scale effort and said additional details would be released at a later time.
When asked whether the presidential library would include a mixed-use component, such as a hotel, Eric Trump declined to elaborate, saying, “You guys just wait and see. It’s gonna be incredible.”
He added, “We’ll announce more.”

The project was first publicly highlighted in a recent announcement from the Trump family, which included a preview video of the proposed library. According to Eric Trump, the project has been under development for several months.
“These images have never been seen by the public — until today,” Eric Trump said in a statement accompanying the release of the preview.
He also described his involvement in the development process.
“Over the past six months, I have poured my heart and soul into this project with my incredible team at Trump,” Eric Trump said.
Plans for the library indicate it will be located along the waterfront in Miami, Florida. Eric Trump described the structure as a landmark project tied to President Donald Trump’s time in office.
“This landmark on the water in Miami, Florida, will stand as a lasting testament to an amazing man, an amazing developer, and the greatest President our Nation has ever known,” he said.
President Trump also shared the preview video of the planned library and directed viewers to the project’s website.
Presidential libraries are typically constructed after a president leaves office and serve as repositories for official records, as well as public exhibits related to an administration.
The planned Donald J. Trump Presidential Library would join other presidential libraries across the country, including that of former President Barack Obama.
Eric Trump’s remarks come as planning continues and further announcements about the scope, cost, and timeline of the project are expected in the coming months.
